Pizza
Ever since I started making my own pizzas rather than buying them pre-made from the shop I’ve been a happier man.
There’s something fantastically satisfying in making the dough and getting to create the topping that works for you that evening.
Today I used Jamie Oliver’s pizza dough recipe and his tomato sauce. They have the benefit of being very easy to make and very tasty.
The topping is where you can express yourself and this one had courgette – from the same neighbours that gave us the beans – some chorizo, basil, mozzarella and Gorgonzola.
